Scheduled to open in late fall 2026, Wood & Water is an upcoming Asian-inspired seafood restaurant by Kaos Hospitality. Located at 410 N. Scottsdale Rd. within Tempe’s Watermark development, this 9,000-square-foot establishment will feature fresh seafood dishes, an airy design with wood finishes, and panoramic views of Tempe Town Lake. The restaurant will also boast a 5,000-gallon shark tank and live seafood tanks, enhancing the dining ambiance.
IX Sushi
Opened in February 2026, IX Sushi offers an upscale sushi and cocktail experience within the same space as Three Thirty Three but operates as an independent concept. Laymoon Café
Now open at 616 S. Forest Ave., Laymoon Café is a Palestinian- and Syrian-owned establishment in downtown Tempe.
